Vendor Interest Form

Interested in becoming a vendor at the 2025 Celebration Seabrook festival? Complete the form below and we’ll be in touch when applications open up!

Vendor Information

All vendors receive a covered 10' x 10' booth space with 1 table and 2 chairs. Vendors are welcomed and encouraged to decorate their space however they see fit to represent their unique products best.

  • Average event attendance: 3,500 - 4,000 attendees

  • Audience: All ages and walks of life

  • Pet-friendly

ARTISTS

An artist is an individual or business that creates and sells original works of art. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Painting: Original works created using oil, acrylic, watercolor, or other painting mediums.

  • Photography: Professionally taken and printed photographs, including limited editions or unique prints.

  • Pottery & Ceramics: Handmade clay works, including functional pottery, decorative ceramics, and sculptural pieces.

  • Glass Works: Art pieces crafted from glass, including stained glass, blown glass, and fused glass items.

  • Metal Works: Artisans who create works from metal, including sculptures, jewelry, and decorative items.

  • Wood Works: Handmade wooden items, including furniture, carvings, and other artistic wood creations.

  • Murals: Artists specializing in large-scale paintings or murals on canvas or other portable mediums.

  • Hand-Crafted Jewelry: Original jewelry designs crafted by the artist, often using metals, gemstones, beads, or other materials.

  • Hand-Crafted Apparel & Accessories: Custom-designed and hand-made clothing, hats, scarves, bags, or other wearable art.

  • Hand-Crafted Home Decor: Handmade wreaths, signs, floral arrangements, and other similar items.

  • Other Original Artworks: Any unique or hand-crafted art that does not fall into the categories above but reflects the artist’s personal creativity and craftsmanship.

The artist vendor registration fee is specifically for those who create their own original works of art. Vendors selling mass-produced, imported, or commercially manufactured goods should register under the merchant category.

MERCHANTS

A merchant is an individual or business that sells products, goods, or services that are not hand-crafted by the vendor. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Boutique Apparel: Retailers offering clothing and fashion items, including women's, men's, and children's wear.

  • Handbags & Accessories: Vendors selling purses, bags, jewelry, hats, scarves, and other fashion accessories,.

  • Health & Beauty Products: Vendors offering cosmetics, skincare, hair care, and wellness products, including makeup, soaps, lotions, and other beauty items.

  • Trinkets & Collectibles: Sellers of small, decorative items, souvenirs, novelties, or collectible goods that may appeal to a wide range of festival attendees.

  • Children’s Clothing & Accessories: Retailers offering clothing, toys, or accessories designed specifically for children, which may be commercially manufactured or hand-crafted.

  • Women’s Clothing & Accessories: A variety of fashion and lifestyle products catering to women, including clothing, jewelry, and other personal accessories.

  • T-Shirts: Vendors offering screen-printed, embroidered, or otherwise designed t-shirts and casual wear, which are produced in bulk and not created by the vendor.

  • Collectibles & Memorabilia: Sellers of themed or niche collectibles, such as sports memorabilia, vintage items, or hobbyist merchandise.

  • Makeup: Retailers of commercial or artisanal makeup products, including those offering demonstrations or makeup services.

The merchant vendor registration fee applies to those who offer a wide range of products or services, whether they are locally sourced, or commercially produced.

Electricity: $50.00

Vendors who need electricity must purchase it in advance. Please ensure you select the option on the Seabrook Quick Pay system that includes electricity when signing up.

Vendors are not able to select where they would like to be located on the event property. We do our best to ensure that competing vendors are not located next to one another. We do limit direct sales and those spots are available on a first come first serve basis. Vendors who need electricity will be placed according to their needs. Full payment is required to reserve your space.

Realtors, financial institutions, national and global businesses/organizations, etc. do not qualify as vendors for Celebration Seabrook. Please see “SPONSORS” for information on how your business/organization can participate.
